Sears/Kmart Application Process

Why the hell can I only choose between specific hours or weekends only. I’m available any time. But there’s no way to simply put that in the application. If you choose specific times, you have to specify exact times for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. What the hell isn’t there a way to just say ANY TIME?

This is why I hate filling out job applications. It’s so trivial to me to go through a painful, tedious, and a lot of times absurd application just to say “hey I am willing to work this job.”
