Comcast Fails Again!

Both my TV and internet is down tonight. Went out at 12:21am and hasn’t come back yet. Comcast says there are no outages in my area. I am left thinking that the temporary cable that is still laying on the ground outside is having issues with the crummy weather we’ve had lately. And the earliest Comcast said they can get a tech out is Saturday morning. That is horrible. Comcast, you have a customer with total service interruption and you can’t get a tech out until the following day?

Comcast has been absolutely nothing but trouble in this area ever since I moved here. I can’t even watch TV! Even worse is that it went down before Lost finished download. I’m relying on my wonderful BlackBerry once again to get on the net.
