What do you do when Google interferes with your business?

I help my parents with a ministry they are a large part of. Recently they received a complaint from a woman clicked a link to view a map of our location using Google Maps. This woman got confused thinking that the ministry welcomed gays, lesbians, and transgendered due to a sponsored link placed by Google targeted directly at the church where the ministry is run. So how do you get Google to remove the sponsored link which is interfering with your business?
