Randy Miller Update: 1/18

Randy had scans done a week ago and got the results back yesterday. The good news is that the cancer is getting better, though we’re not quite sure exactly what that means yet… as is the case always with this kind of thing. At the moment, it appears the chemo is shrinking the cancer. This is great news! Oft times chemo is completely ineffective. There is some bad news, however, it looks like the cancer has spread into another area in his body, his pancreas.

Randy is presently undergoing his 3rd round of chemo and will be meeting with a specialist at Stanford as soon as he’s completed said round.
