Meijer Customer Service

The other week when Colleen was here, we went shopping at Meijer. It was a horrible experience checking out though. For whatever reason, a bunch of the self check out lanes were being serviced, leaving only 2 open. It took 20 minutes to buy the 4 items we went in to get. When we got home, I decided to email Meijer to let them know about the horrible experience. Well today I got a letter from the store apologizing and with a $10 gift card. How about that? It’s nice to see my complaint taken seriously.
