Why I quit BlackberryOS

• sunkast: how come this john daniel guy is an admin?
• Joe Jerde: He is a family friend of mine?
• sunkast: and he needs admin rights because of that?
• Joe Jerde: Yes.
• Joe Jerde: I shouldn't have to explain myself, but he is going to be helping me a lot with coding and stuff.
• sunkast: im just trying to understand why he has admin priveleges if all he is going to do is blog
• sunkast: ok so he will be doing more than blogging?
• Joe Jerde: Yes.
• sunkast: well it was a shock to see someone i dont know post as an admin without beign told he was being brought on
• Joe Jerde: Then welcome him because he is a great guy.
• sunkast: yes but you should also have informed the admins
• sunkast: i know you are the owner and make those decisions, but its still something i would like to know about and not just find out on my own
• Joe Jerde: I told him to introduce himself and no one replied back to him welcoming him. That doens't show good nature to him being brought on by me.
• sunkast: i dont know about ted or michael but i was caught off guard and all i could think was who the heck is he and why is he an admin. he never really explained that, and you never said a word about it
• Joe Jerde: Sorry if you may have missed his post, he is a simple guy. But I don't think that a huge introduction is neccesary. This is what he said and no one said hello back... Hello everyone.
• I am a long time friend of Joes. Like everyone here I am a major bb fan and a huge tech junkie.

• Joe Jerde: Trust me, if there is something that calls for a admin meeting I won't leave you guys in the dark. I just put a lot of assests into this website and I'm busy as heck so please don't be offended if I make a key descision without announcing it.
